A ‘Big Four’ firm will allow 40,000 employees to work from home

So you work from home and the employer reduces your pay. Doesn’t that ultimately reverse the motivation/productivity factor that working remotely has provided?

Just because you (the employer) never fully implemented tele-commuting and instead insisted on paying high rents is not on your employees.

Can we say high turnover rates??
